Do we need to make an advanced booking or can we show up on the day?
We need to know at least the night beforehand (by 6pm please) to ensure we are prepared for you with the homemade goodies we provide for our snack stop half way around.

How many people can you take on the Mail Run Tour?
We take a maximum of 8 people.

How long is the Mail Run Tour?
The tour takes approx. 5 hours including many stops on route.

Do we need to bring anything with us?
A water bottle & camera/phone would be good. We provide a tea/coffee homemade snack break half way around.

Are there any comfort stops?
Yes, there are 3 toilet breaks for you to take advantage of.

I sometimes get motion sickness – will I be ok on the Mail Run Tour?
We have a very modern van that is comfortable to travel in, & we have regular stops to deliver mail, or to take in the stunning views.

Do you do the Mail Run Tour in the weekends?
Yes we can do a Saturday Tour for a minimum of 4 passengers.

I have mobility issues, is there much walking?
There is only a little bit of walking & we are happy to accommodate where possible. There are a few steps & safety rails to assist entering & exiting the Mail Van.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive an 80% refund with a 20% administration cancellation fee applied. No refund will be given within 24 hours before the tour departs.
CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS: please make sure you book/board an early tender in time for the mail run’s 9am departure. There is no refund for late arrivals as the mail van has a strict schedule to adhere to. If your ship cannot come into harbour because of bad weather we will honour your ticket for when you revisit with proof of purchase/ship cancellation details.
